Rob entered the food and drink industry in 1991 as a sales graduate with Whitbread and has held a number of brand and own label C-Suite roles across a full spectrum of product categories and channels of trade, culminating in a main board role at PE-backed Adelie Food Holdings, where he created an embedded growth hub within the business along with launching a new brand into the competitive FTG sector (Urban Eat is now one of the largest chilled FTG brands in UK)
In 2011 he founded Visionise to help industry leaders find new ways to achieve profitable and sustainable growth.
