Antonia Sandoval is a brand manager, entrepreneur, and strategist.
She is currently the Brand Manager at ¡Dios Mío! Coffee by Sofía Vergara, where she leads the global brand strategy.
Her perspective is shaped by a dual background: a mother who is an artist and a father who is an engineer. Growing up between creativity and structure, she developed a natural ability to move between intuition and strategy. She has lived and studied across five continents, shaping a global mindset that continues to influence her approach to business, culture, and brand building.
Her experience spans marketing, consulting, and strategy across startups, global companies like Redbull, and the hospitality industry. She worked in Hong Kong with Black Sheep Restaurants, one of Asia’s leading hospitality groups, and has been involved in building ventures from the ground up; including co-founding a creative agency that supported over 50 entrepreneurs in branding, design, and digital development, and KYN a restaurant concept in Colombia, further expanding her experience in building consumer-facing businesses.
