I’m an experienced commercial, IP and privacy attorney with wide-ranging experience drawn from both legal practice, in-house legal counsel and legal consulting roles. I also have a Masters degree in Intellectual Property Law.
Having worked in-house for start-ups as well as established businesses across e-Learning, digital media, e-commerce and legislative industries, I am well placed and passionate about helping SME's to establish and enhance their legal frameworks.
My specialties include nuanced business legal advice, drafting, vetting and negotiating all kinds of business agreements and company policies, establishing robust data-protection and other legal industry specific compliance frameworks and assisting with in-house labour law matters.
