Father of two daughters, founder of ÜNICO, a technology company specialized in Human Resources solutions. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Talent Development. A Professional Coach and University Lecturer, he previously led the HR department at PwC Argentina (Cuyo region).
He has worked in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Argentina, and collaborated remotely with teams from the UK, South Africa, Australia, France, and the United States. He is the author of several papers and an international speaker on human resources, generational challenges (TEDx), change management, and organizational strategy.
He completed executive programs at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentina) and The George Washington University (USA). He currently teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Mendoza and San Juan, serves on the Advisory Council of Junior Achievement Argentina, and volunteers as coordinator at the Mendoza Food Bank.More...
