Parsifal Islas, PhD, is the General Coordinator of the UNESCO Chair in Diplomacy and Scientific Heritage and a lecturer at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
Dr Islas has a practical and academic background in science diplomacy. At the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he founded the Saudi Arabian chapter of the Global Network of Mexican Talent Abroad.
