Originally trained as a clinical psychologist. Spent 15+ years building data and analytics functions (0 → 15+ FTE) before transitioning into AI Product through owning a B2B marketplace end-to-end at AgroClub. I turn data into strategic assets and ship ML/LLM products to production.
‣ Shipped ML/LLM products in production: cold-start recommendation systems, GPT-based financial assistant (Buddy), document recognition (computer vision + OCR), multi-model AI ensembles under data-residency constraints.
‣ Scaled cross-functional data organizations across product analytics, ML / AI / data engineering, and backend — up to 17 FTE at peak.
‣ Built and led teams across 5 international markets at AgroClub (Russia, Canada, Spain, USA, Brazil) and at scale-ups in the US and UK.
‣ Earlier: 6.5 years at Yandex leading regional analytics across Russia and CIS markets (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey).
‣ Guest lecturer at Novosibirsk State University (NSU), Higher School of Economics (HSE), and SPbU Graduate School of Management (GSOM).
