Building a payroll 360 global reporting dashboard that enabled true global payroll reporting showcasing spend in local and global currency, created visibility for clients to track stages within the payroll process, and established accountability for parties to act in line with statutory regulations of each country. Serving as a member of the Mihi founding team to determine initial requirements and build the original architecture and schematics, including the framework for a system to track global statutory leave, holidays, and user working hours.
