Graduated in Computer Science from UNIOESTE in 2017, I have been working as a developer and technology leader ever since, holding the position of CTO at RIO Analytics since 2021.
My first professional experience was in the customer support team, where I spent about 6 months creating various automation tools using Powershell and C#. After integrating into the development team, I worked with C# and SQL, developing tools for the internal team and the product.
Following this challenge, I joined RIO Analytics as a full stack developer, using Python, Golang, Angular, and No-SQL. During 2021, I took on the role of CTO alongside my responsibilities as a software engineer.
The biggest challenge at RIO was transforming a complex tubular management system, initially built for a single client, into scalable and versatile software. This new system needed to support multiple clients, incorporate new rules and complex functionalities, and open up opportunities for new markets. With this transformation, we brought scalability and reliability to the operation, significantly expanding the reach and efficiency of the system.
The key to the operation has always been ensuring technical quality by adopting best practices in developing robust architecture solutions in the backend, frontend, and real-time data processing. Additionally, maintaining a solid relationship with the client and the user was crucial to ensuring the solution consistently delivered significant value.
