I work at IT Park Uzbekistan, leading the development of the country’s data labeling and AI-annotation ecosystem while supporting resident IT companies in expanding internationally. My role focuses on building global partnerships, strengthening export programs, and positioning Uzbekistan as a competitive destination for AI, satellite-imagery annotation, and tech services.
Over the past years, my achievements include:
- Building national export programs that helped dozens of companies enter new markets.
- Developing Uzbekistan’s data labeling industry, including satellite imagery, content moderation, and AI R&D support.
- Creating strong international partnerships across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, China, Kazakhstan, and global tech companies like Amazon, Snap, AI Circle, Shopify, and others.
- Representing Uzbekistan at major global tech events and organizing outsourcing sessions to connect our companies with international partners.
- Designing strategic expansion roadmaps that guide IT Park’s activities in the GCC, East Asia, and Central Asia.
