I am the previous Founder and Chief Creative Officer of an advertising agency called True, that operates out of Auckland New Zealand. During my time there we grew the agency to be the biggest independent agency in New Zealand, with large corporate clients such as Air New Zealand and ASB. Over my career I have worked on travel and hospitality, F&B, Pharma, telecommunications, automotive, banking and insurance, retail and rural industries. I am a highly strategic creative, who generates idea that move the commercial needle. I have always preferred effectiveness awards over creative ones and have more than a few with my name on them.
Today I am the Founder of a Saas solution called Emplify, (emplify.guru) which is designed to help organisations grow cultures that support innovation and growth, but my role in this business does not require full time commitment and as I am a creative at heart, I am keen to keep those fires burning.More...
