I spent 25+ years in nonprofit leadership and philanthropy, leading organizations through substantial change and challenges, and am a recently trained integrative health coach. I combine my leadership experience, coaching training, with my MSc in wildlife behavior and biology. In my graduate work, I studied the conditions of well-being and asked the same questions in my leadership with humans: what internal and external conditions allow people and teams to move from reactive survival to strategic, sustainable work, ensuring they thrive? I then identify those conditions needed and work with leaders and teams to implement them.
