Agustin is the owner of Nogal del Sol Orchard. In a 10 year time he has managed this orchard from zero production to a fine and increasing production of 5 tons per hectare. His responsibilities include irrigation management, soil monitoring, crop planning, budgeting, staff supervision, and long-term investment decisions related to orchard sustainability and productivity.
During this 10 year experience he has also developed industrial processing infrastructure including the the design, equipment selection, and operational setup, gaining valuable experience in post-harvest handling and industrial project coordination.
Aditionally he has decided sells strategy to maximize the in come of the orchard every year.
