For 15 years, I was also Chair and Trustee of NEoN Digital Arts. I led the organisation through several transitions, including, most recently, its closure—a reflection of the shifting funding landscape. While a difficult outcome, it was one that required clarity, empathy, and strong leadership, and I’m proud of the way I guided the team through that process.
