She also led the America I AM: The African American Imprint national Supertruck and Exhibition Tour, Wal-Mart's first sponsorship of its kind. In 2022, Griselle joined Black Innovation Alliance (BIA), where she designed the Ecosystem Builder In Residence (EIR) program. Under her leadership, six EIRs have joined BIA, making significant contributions through their foundational assignments. Since 2023, she has spearheaded BIA's partnership with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism as part of INNOVATE 242.
