Helen McCrea is Canadian Certified Counsellor. She works with children, youth, adults, and families to tackles the challenges of everyday life. Helen has a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is trained in Synergetic Play Therapy, and her work is informed by CBT, DBT, Polyvagal theory, and IFS.
