I’m a seasoned Scrum Master and Agile coach with a strong track record of helping teams deliver meaningful work—on time, and with less stress. Over the past five years, I’ve supported organizations across healthcare, logistics, finance, and retail, guiding Agile adoption and leading digital transformation initiatives that stick.
My approach is pragmatic: build trust, improve process, and make sure the team has what they need to thrive. Whether I’m helping a struggling team find its rhythm or aligning stakeholders across departments, I keep communication clear and people at the center of the work.
Outside of project work, I’m committed to growing a stronger pipeline of women in technology. I serve as National President of getWITit, where we bring women in tech together through events, mentorship, and community. I’m also a VP at AI Rising, where we support conversations and initiatives around responsible innovation.
