I’m Laura Ansell, founder of TriSwim, an open water swimming company I’ve grown to over 3,000 swimmers across multiple venues in Kent. I’ve spent the past decade creating safe, inclusive environments, opening up new swim locations, and delivering coaching, events, and water safety programmes for both adults and children.
Alongside this, I’ve worked as an Activity Producer at Gone Wild Festival, managing outdoor experiences and coordinating teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging activities at scale.
I’m also an STA Brand Ambassador and mentor coach, supporting the development of swimmers and coaches through a blend of technical expertise and a more holistic, confidence-led approach.
