Erica is the founder of The Raining Season, a non profit child welfare organization, located in Sierra Leone. For the past 15 years her passion and grassroots approach led to build out of a care center designed to serve the abandoned and exploited. More than 200 children have been rescued since it’s inception.
Back in the USA, an entrepreneur at heart, Erica spent several years consulting for a skincare company and built one of its largest teams - generating more than 43 million dollars in sales. This road gave her the opportunity to lead and support hundreds of women in their own path to becoming a business owner.
