Since 1994, I have been invovled in investigating and remediating soil and groundwater contamination in California. Bulk of my work concerned leaking underground storage tanks which involved monitoring well installation, well deveopment, and computer modeling. Wrote work plans, reports, and cost reimbursement requests for submission to the State UST Cleanup Fund. Developed, patented, and marketed Rotapump, a surface- mounted monitoring well pump for well deveopment. As a sole proprietor with no employees, I conducted several large scale environmental site remediation projects with budgets sometimes exceeding $1,000,000. I am licensed in California as a Civil Engineer, Geologist, Engineering Geologist, Hydrogeologist, and Class A Contractor. I Have a PhD in engineering from UC Berkeley.
