I am a US Latina who grew up in Colombia, with a background in journalism and communication and a master's in culture, politics, and education. I have dedicated my career to advocating for diversity, gender equality, and environmental sustainability. Currently, I am pursuing a CSO certificate at the prestigious MIT to further my education and expertise. I aim to become a more knowledgeable and effective eco-manager for the wellness and audiovisual industries. Back in 2018, I co-founded a boutique wellness start-up named The Lab Girl & Co., which is one of my favorite daily basis projects that I work on. I have been involved in the creation of various other entrepreneurship projects. I truly love to build things or ideas from the beginning or find ways to improve them and grow to their best potential. I am also working with a fantastic team of women on a gender equality project as the director of that team. I produce content and campaigns for various brands, NGOs, and causes. Currently collaborating with an environmental podcast and I serve as a board member and communication head of a foundation named Natalia Ponce De Leon. I am a curious tech, science, health, and humanist enthusiast and Climate Reality leader aiming to enhance my ability to guide processes, products, and teams towards a more environmentally conscious approach.
