Inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame in 2019 in recognition of her contribution to Olympic film-making, Caroline is a highly respected creative leader whose company New Moon dominated major events campaigns including 14 Olympic, World Cup, EXPO and other global Bids. Her films for the London 2012 Olympic Bid led her to being recognized as one of the 10 most influential people in securing the Games for London and she is widely recognized as having redefined the creative standard for major event bidding.
Caroline is a commercially astute creative innovator, known for her entrepreneurial approach to traditional rights models. She has extensive experience of stakeholder engagement at the highest level and is recognized for her strategic leadership and ability to influence positive outcomes where complex decision-making is required.
Since selling New Moon in 2017, Caroline has advised various sports & entertainment organisations including the ECB in the creation of The Hundred and World Skate on their inclusion on the Olympic programme. In 2020, she co-founded Egoli Media, an AI-powered digital platform to manage, distribute and monetize creative assets.
Early in her career, she was identified as ‘talent to watch’ by BAFTA and since then her creative innovation, entrepreneurial approach and insight into the opportunities presented by rapidly-evolving technology have been recognized through awards including an Emmy nomination, the South African Woman in Business of the Year, and the Campaign Technology Start Up of the Year in 2021. She is the recipient of the Distinguished Old Rhodian Award and is the recipient of the FICTS Guirlande de Honneur.
