I started my first business aged 17; I went on to mentor business start-ups in my late 20's. I started working with quality systems in my early 30's which naturally took me into full blown management consulting with corporates globally.
I major in customer care and improving the customer experience as a way of retaining and growing clients to build businesses.
I transitioned my project management skills into event planning and management to help sales organisations grow through sales competitions and help charities increase fundraising opportunities through gala dinners to further develop and increase capacity to deliver their services.
I am bringing these worlds together in a CIC project, designing a quality standard to improve accessibility across the built environment, starting with hospitality venues.
