I’m a tech veteran with over 20+ years of experience being at the forefront of key people initiatives. I’ve been an early-stage employee, helped a company go public, tripled employee head-counts, and managed employee transitions through COVID-19.
I started my career in Technical Support and Product Management, which helped me understand how a particular technology can solve a customer’s problems. I leveraged my technical knowledge to then move into Sales, where I started to manage client profitability and determine product enhancements to increase revenue. Being in Sales helped me become an adept communicator, translating difficult technical concepts and acting as an interpreter between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
For the past 8 years, I’ve expanded on my ability to drive and scale teams. Working as the most senior member of several People teams, I’ve been working with C-Level executives to solve hiring needs and develop retention programs. I thrive working for high-growth companies that are building a progressive Talent strategy and roadmap.
