Bartending is more than just mixing drinks, it's creating memorable guest experiences. That's what I've been doing for the past 9+ years as a front-of-house professional in some of the most prestigious venues in the hospitality industry. I'm currently a bartender at The Jazz Club at The Aman Hotel. My previous venue was Le Rock, a restaurant that ranks 31st on the NYT best restaurants list, and I'm a member of the Campari Academy bar team, a select group of bartenders who represent and promote the Campari Group portfolio of iconic brands, as well as providing education to Brand Representatives and Hospitality folks alike. My passion for hospitality stems from my diverse and extensive background in the culinary arts. I have a degree in Culinary Arts from the Louisiana Culinary Institute, and I've worked in every back-of-house position up to sous chef. I'm also a trained sushi chef, having worked in both brick and mortar restaurants and with a catering company serving the NYC metro area. My skills in food preparation, presentation, and pairing complement my bartending expertise and enable me to deliver exceptional service and quality to every guest. My goal is to leverage my FOH and BOH skills and experience to obtain a sales representative or brand ambassador position for a major spirits company or an iconic brand. I believe I have the knowledge, creativity, and personality to showcase and sell products that I love and respect.
