I'm David Chambers, CEO of the Academics Academy, with over 15 years of experience in education, leadership, and consultancy. My career began in secondary education, where I progressed from teaching to senior leadership roles, driving curriculum reform and school improvement strategies. I later transitioned into educational consultancy, working with local authorities, MATs, and private organisations to design impactful training programmes and leadership development pathways.
Under my leadership, the Academics Academy has supported over 200 institutions across the UK, delivered CPD to thousands of educators and professionals, and developed bespoke solutions that have improved outcomes in both academic and corporate environments.
