Fiorella Pericolo is a dynamic Project Manager and Consultant with over a decade of experience in event production and arts/culture management. Based in Costa Rica, she specializes in driving cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring constant value to customers in an efficient manner.
Fiorella is passionate about empowering human talent as a way to cultivate people’s inspiration, drive and creative problem solving.
She has worked in the wellness, hospitality and sustainable tourism areas for many years in different roles and providing different services, building her expertise in customer experience, event production, as well as consultant.
She is currently part of a start up company as Director of Production and ran her own Arts space in San José for 5+ years. She is also certified to teach English as a second language to students of different ages.
Outside of work, she enjoys the Arts, from music to literature and painting, roller skating and spending time with her dogs.More...
