Selvi.A is an accomplished Engineer, Business Owner, Coach and Corporate Trainer with over 20 years of experience. She began her career as IC Design Engineer at Agilent Technologies after earning a UK First-Class Honours Degree and later served as a Staff Product Development Engineer at Intel Corporation. During her tenure, she led engineering teams in developing world-class test methodologies and was awarded engineering patents in both the United States and China. As a regular in-house trainer, she delivered a wide range of technical and leadership programs to engineers across her business unit.
Driven by a passion for innovation and leadership, Selvi was appointed Chairperson of Intel’s Global Technical Symposium and is frequently invited to serve as a judge at national university innovation competitions.
Transitioning from a technical to a business-focused environment, Selvi has since established herself in the coaching and training industry.
