Sarah Shepherd is a PhD Researcher at the University of Strathclyde, where she applies psychology to people, work and organisations. Her work focuses on career trajectories, leadership, organisational behaviour and diversity, equity and inclusion. With a background in the NHS, as well as the private sector Sarah is passionate about using science to break down barriers in employment, both for the individual and for organisational effectiveness.
