Rini has spent 12 years across growth, strategy, and brand roles in consumer tech, fintech, and retail, and is now focusing squarely on what she does best (and enjoys the most): marketing strategy, positioning, and editorial.
She is currently the Founding Marketer at Temelion, an AI platform for construction engineers backed by ISAI and 360 Capital. At Temelion, she owns the category narrative, ICP, content partnerships, and all external voice from day zero.
The core challenge there is a content problem faced by many AI SaaS companies: educating a potentially non-digital ICP on what AI actually does, anthropomorphising a technical product into something engineers trust.
She also runs Subject Matter Labs, an independent media house she founded in Paris — a newsletter, a podcast (Custodians of Crafts), and a small community for marketers. The editorial lens is technology and culture in the Global South, and specifically how new technologies land in markets that are often the last to be written about.
