I am a growth-driven executive with 15+ years of experience leading organizations across industries—from technology staffing to premium consumer goods. As CEO of Redmont Distilling Co., I oversaw the expansion of Birmingham’s first legal distillery since Prohibition, growing Redmont Vodka and Vulcan Gin’s distribution footprint across the US. Previously, I led Tech Providers, Inc., a national staffing firm with offices in Birmingham, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Noida, India, specializing in IT, Finance, Engineering, and Professional Services placements.
My leadership philosophy centers on building organizations that scale with integrity, innovation, and people at the core. I thrive on bringing vision to execution—whether launching consumer brands, expanding into new markets, or building teams that deliver impact nationwide.
Beyond the boardroom, I am deeply committed to community leadership and service. I currently serve on the boards of the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Maranathan Academy, and formerly the Women’s Leadership Committee of UAB Neurosurgery and a long-time member of the Rotary Club of Birmingham. I am also proud to be part of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where I’ve served as Alabama Membership Chair and Forum Moderator, helping to foster growth and connection among business leaders.
