Hi, I’m Chester Philip Madiam, an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity. I earned my degree in Information Technology from Lyceum of the Philippines and recently completed a Cybersecurity certification from Xaltius Academy in Singapore.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with several government agencies like the Bureau of Customs, the Land Transportation Office, and the Philippine Ports Authority. My roles have focused on modernizing national systems, securing critical IT infrastructure, and leading large-scale deployments, such as the LTMS project for LTO, which connected regional offices nationwide through secure, high-availability systems.
Aside from tech, I’m also a Municipal Councilor, where I lead IT programs for our local community — combining public service and technology has been a fulfilling part of my journey.
