As a Managing Partner/ Vice President of Tahoe Keys Resort, Lisa’s technical skills and marketing background have been key to the company’s success. Formerly Lisa worked with a group of hotels in VA and North Carolina where she served as Director of Sales. She also served as Director of Marketing for Bermuda Run Country Club where she sold and maintained Country Club memberships as the primary member liaison. Her career with Tahoe Keys Resort began in 1999 as the Director of Sales and Marketing and migrated to a business partner and Vice President role the following year. Lisa spearheaded Tahoe Keys Resort’s online marking strategy, CRM outreach as well as all property inventory solicitation campaigns, doubling the inventory managed by Tahoe Keys Resort within two years. Until very recently, Tahoe Keys Resort was the largest vacation rental company operating in the City of South Lake Tahoe and the number one producer of both nights and revenue. Lisa manages all of the technical aspects of Tahoe Keys Resort business including all websites, internal office network and servers. She directly coordinates and contracts for all advertising, marketing partnerships, OTA channels as well as PPC campaigns and directs SEO (search engine optimization) strategy. Among her duties Lisa also creates or oversees the solicitation outreach for new property acquisition to include creative design and scheduling. Lisa schedules all property photography, does all internal Photoshop and upload for property builds and descriptive content for properties. Lisa sets and manages all revenue rates for Tahoe Keys Resort properties using yield management strategies to maximize each property’s potential. Lisa holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, a B.A. in Secondary Education and minors in Psychology, Language Arts and Law Enforcement.
