I currently operate as a 911 Dispatch Supervisor at SunComm, where I lead a dedicated crew in providing critical emergency response services. Promoting quickly within the agency, becoming a supervisor and dispatch trainer within 3 years, I am passionate about public and responder safety, and am in the process of implementing a new quality assurance program within the agency. My focuses within this role are crisis management and operational efficiency, as well as public education of 911 and how we operate within the United States.
