I am a Mechanical Engineer and MBA graduate with over 30 years of professional experience across both the private and public sectors. My career combines strong technical expertise in engineering and production process management with extensive leadership in public administration, policy development, and large-scale project coordination.
In recent years, I have focused on renewable energy consulting, specializing in photovoltaic power plant projects (micro and mini generation). My work includes project design, equipment specification, procurement oversight, on-site supervision, and plant commissioning. I have also led consulting projects on plasma gasification technology for energy generation from solid waste, negotiating with universities, research institutes, and suppliers to evaluate technical and economic feasibility.
Previously, I served in senior roles within the Brazilian Federal Government, including the Ministries of Education, Finance, Transport, and Planning, as well as the Presidential Chief of Staff’s Office. In these positions, I was responsible for strategic planning, administrative and financial restructuring, governance model development, program management, and quality improvement initiatives.
My background includes significant international experience, participating in seminars, technical visits, and government-to-government cooperation projects in the UK, USA, Canada, Spain, France, and Latin America.
