Emma Westray is a producer, production manager, and arts administrator living and working in Toronto. Emma has been part of the Toronto’s arts community for over a decade, with a focus on community-driven work that prioritizes accessibility and innovation. Emma has collaborated with such theatre companies as Nightwood Theatre, Theatre Passe Muraille, Musical Stage Company, Theatre Direct, and Soulpepper Theatre. From 2021-2024, Emma was the Festival Producer at SummerWorks Performance Festival, supporting the organization through the pandemic and a major leadership transition.
Emma has worked extensively as a freelance producer and production manager, supporting independent theatre collectives (House + Body and Broadleaf Creative) and producing world premieres of new Canadian work at the Toronto Fringe, SummerWorks Festival, Luminato Festival, and more.
