I provide IT technical support (Level 1–3) and web design & development for clients across the EU.
On the support side, I diagnose and resolve incidents across domains, hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, email routing, servers and web applications. I handle everything from first-line requests (L1) and standard troubleshooting (L2) up to deeper investigations (L3) using logs, browser developer tools and configuration checks to find root causes and implement stable fixes.
On the web side, I design, build and maintain websites and small digital systems using WordPress, Shopify and custom PHP/MySQL. I focus on clean UX/UI, fast loading times and reliable integrations (payment, booking, tracking, email, etc.). I also support deployments, migrations and version rollouts to keep sites running smoothly.
