Jerry Callahan has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Jerry was most recently the COO at Via Separations since February 2023, when he was hired to build Kodiak, the FOAK RO water filtration system using graphene oxide. In addition to current roles, Jerry is an Unreasonable Fellow at Unreasonable, an organization dedicated to supporting socially and environmentally conscious entrepreneurs, starting in October 2017. Jerry founded Heatworks Technologies, Inc in July 2013 and served as the CEO until August 2022. Before Heatworks, Jerry was the President and CEO of SPP from September 2005 to July 2013. Jerry's earlier experience includes being the CEO/President of National Packaging Solutions Group from February 1998 to June 2002. Jerry originated the concept, financed, and operated a consolidation of the corrugated packaging business, acquiring and integrating nine companies, and growing the business to $90 million in sales. Jerry also worked as a Principal at Fairview Capital from December 1995 to February 1998, where he focused on strategic and operational aspects of investments, served on portfolio company boards, and led a project in Ukraine to form the largest grocery distributor in the region. Jerry was the co-founder, President and COO of Blue Rhino Corporation, a venture capital-funded startup, from May 1994 to their subsequent IPO in 1995. During his tenure, Blue Rhino became the largest propane cylinder exchange company, achieving $24 million in sales.
