As President of Womenice.org, Tania Tomé spearheaded the groundbreaking initiative “Womenice – Leaders That Transform,” reaching over 60,000 women entrepreneurs globally through conferences, mentorship, and strategic resources, and contributing to an average 70% increase in business performance and sustainability among participants.
Under her leadership, the organization launched the Women in Innovation Summit, an annual global convening that has brought together more than 1,000 participants from over 50 countries, fostering cross-border collaboration, innovation, and inclusive leadership.
Tania is currently working to secure a USD 5 million grant to expand global advocacy for gender equality and inclusion, strengthen mentorship ecosystems, and promote women’s leadership and participation in the technology and innovation sectors.
She is the first African and Lusophone woman to serve as Chair of the Jury Committee of the Women in Business Awards and is also a Judge of the American Business Awards.
