am a mom, gourmand, culinary dreamer, forever learner, and adventure seeker! By day, I wear many hats as “Mommy”, the owner and curator of Ladles & Linens Kitchen Shoppes, an Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach and I am also freelance writer for home and culinary publications.
I am a true Virginia girl. I grew up in the Shenandoah Valley, where I rode horses and cherished my great-grandmother Nanny's vintage recipes. From a young age, I set a goal for myself: to explore the world and try as many foods as possible. I am still working on it!
If you ask those who know me well, I would be described as audacious (and it's a good thing!). I am always audaciously reimagining and dreaming up recipes, audaciously traveling the world with my clan, and always attempting to live life gracefully.
My diverse background has fostered my passion for trying new experiences. I began my career with the FBI, where I worked for nearly 10 years. After that, I pursued my passion for cooking by attending culinary school and worked in Saveur Magazine Test Kitchen and as a private chef. Now, I am a business owner.
