Adrian is a writer, researcher, and project coordinator. Adrian brings in a historical and relational approach to his research, driven by a desire to better understand the deeper context behind situations. Clients and teammates often rely on him for deep and engaging communications and conversations, easy to understand data visualizations, and ability to find deep connections between different issues and concepts. With his training in mixed methods, collaborative and participatory research, and group facilitation, he values thought partnership and talking through problems and issues.
Adrian is energized by meaningful and impactful work, and has worked in projects for the Pacific Island Health Officers’ Association, Kodiak Area Native Association, Tanana Chiefs’ Conference, and Sealaska Heritage Institute. Through his work, he wants to help make lasting, systematic change in the lives of people by helping them learn more about themselves and their context.
