I'm Maksim Tishchenko, a Graphic, Brand Identity, and UI/UX Product Designer with over a decade of experience in industrial design, graphic design, prototyping, illustration, and web design.
My journey in the bicycle industry began in 2017 at Stark Bikes, one of Russia’s top five fully integrated bicycle manufacturers. Starting in the Procurement department as a Graphic Designer, I contributed to branding and product visuals, working closely with marketing and engineering teams. In 2019, I was promoted to Senior Brand & Digital Designer, where I played a key role in shaping the company’s visual identity and marketing strategy. In 2020, I led the redesign of the Stark Bikes website, refining my focus on UI/UX design, improving financial accessibility, and optimizing web and mobile interfaces.
In 2022, I expanded my expertise to the European market, moving to Poland to join JP Sports Group in Kraków. As a Senior Graphic Designer and later Marketing and Design Lead, I led a team in crafting visual storytelling across branding, marketing, and product design, aligning with international design standards.
In 2024, I relocated to the Netherlands to further develop as a product designer, integrating my industrial and digital design expertise to create user-centered, impactful digital experiences.
