Collaboration & Data Management: • Partner with the GPO/IDN implementation team to gather essential data, including cross-references and usage metrics, to accurately track and monitor conversions. • Track and report line-item conversions on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on project scope, ensuring precise documentation. • Coordinate product sampling and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with the implementation team. • Create detailed opportunity reports for field representatives to inform strategic decision-making. • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer purchase history, providing insights that drive strategic initiatives. • Manage new customer and item additions within internal systems and GPO/IDN contracts. Contract Negotiations: • Lead the development and refinement of contractual terms, ensuring clarity, fairness, and alignment with organizational objectives. • Oversee the creation, distribution, and evaluation of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), identifying optimal partners and solutions. • Engage in strategic negotiations with GPOs and IDNs, securing favorable terms that drive value for the organization. • Ensure all contract terms are legally sound and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
