I have a degree in exercise science and clinical exercise physiology, and my career has given me a diverse range of experiences in both fitness and education. I’ve had the opportunity to work with diabetic patients at a hospital in Boston, where I applied my clinical knowledge to help manage their health. I’ve also worked as a track and strength and conditioning coach, helping athletes improve their performance. Additionally, I’ve gained experience in customer service and operations as an assistant manager at a fitness center, as well as in personal training, where I worked one-on-one with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
For the past ten years, I've worked as a physical educator, and now I’m a health educator for students in grades 1-8 at a public school. This role allows me to share my knowledge and passion for health and wellness with young students, empowering them to lead healthier lives.
