I have been part of Saddleback College for over 23 years, serving as full-time faculty for the past 20. I was originally hired as the Head Women’s Soccer Coach and later transitioned to focus fully on teaching in the Kinesiology and Health Science Department. I primarily teach online courses such as Women’s Health Issues, Sport and Society, and various activity classes. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, engaging learning experiences that promote health, equity, and lifelong wellness.
