In my 30-year career with Shell Oil Company, half was in executive leadership including CFO and President Shell Chemical Company. I taught Strategic Leadership and Corporate Strategy at University of Houston for a number of years. The last 25 years have consulted and coached small businesses while a member of the Silver Fox Advisors most of that time.
