Viviane Carvalho is a Supervisor at Delta Air Lines, where she has worked since 2021, supporting operational excellence while keeping the passenger experience at the center of every decision. With a strong background in fashion design, she brings a refined eye for detail, aesthetics, and end-to-end creative processes, gained through years of experience in Atlanta and New York and a BFA in Fashion Design from SCAD.
Building on this foundation, Viviane expanded into UI/UX Design, earning a certification from Springboard, where she developed expertise in user research, interaction design, and usability testing. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to bridge business goals, user needs, and visual storytelling across both physical and digital experiences.
