From 2023 to 2025, I advised Louis Vuitton on its AI and Web3 strategy: brand visibility across LLM ecosystems (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity), the business impact of multi-agent AI systems on future digital operating models, the VIA program (NFT-based membership for 200 VVIP clients), and Digital Product Passport initiatives. Before that, I designed Pernod Ricard's product innovation framework, and spent five years out of Dubai advising private banks, family offices and real estate leaders across the Middle East (FAB, SNB, Emaar, Starling Bank).
