I’m a Project Manager and Owner’s Representative with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, and I hold a PMP certification. Throughout my career, I’ve managed a broad range of projects including commercial buildings, residential development, home building and remodeling. I’ve worked on everything from ground-up construction and major renovations to tenant improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
In my role as an Owner’s Rep, I serve as the key point of contact between the client and all project stakeholders—architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants—ensuring that the owner’s goals are clearly communicated and achieved. I’ve led projects from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, procurement, permitting, and quality control. I’m experienced in contract negotiation, risk management, and team coordination, and I thrive on keeping complex projects organized and moving forward.
