With my company 1Project, I use a collection of photo and video pros I've curated over the years to build on-call networks of freelancers for unique challenges. The idea is to enable in-house teams to own the production of meaningful and impactful branded content without relying upon an expensive AoR, risky one-off contractors, or juggling shoots internally.
