My work sits at the intersection of CSR & social impact strategy and leadership & performance coaching. I support organizations in building social responsibility initiatives that are values-driven, practical, and genuinely embedded into how teams operate - not treated as an add-on.
Alongside this, I coach leaders and teams navigating growth, complexity, and pressure. My coaching focuses on clarity, decision-making, communication, and performance, helping people lead with intention and steadiness. I draw on performance psychology and NLP-informed tools, always grounded in real-world challenges and human dynamics.
In part, I also speak and run interactive workshops for teams and organizations, translating these coaching principles into shared language, practical frameworks, and tools people can apply immediately - long after the session ends.
